The location was central, steps from piccadilly circus (this made getting around simple). my capsule was surprisingly spacious. I appreciated having room to move. staff were helpful. They answered my questions quickly and efficiently.
the shower pressure was quite low.

I found many restaurants and cafes right outside the hotel. There were varied cuisines to choose from. several fast-food options are available nearby. This provides quick meals. a grocery store is also close. It offers snacks and drinks.

Check-in was fast. I got my capsule keycard immediately. the staff were helpful. They provided directions to nearby attractions. i appreciated the efficient and friendly service.

The hotel provides lockers. It ensures secure storage. there are several showers and toilets available. I never had to wait long. vending machines are available (a plus for late-night snacks!).

The hotel is directly on piccadilly circus. This location is excellent for transport links. several theaters are within walking distance. Attending a show was easy. many shops are also close. This makes shopping convenient.

the location was very nice! the size of the pod was really good, nice and big and i loved the two usb ports and adjustable light. the bed was comfortable and the pillow and duvet was thick and good.
The hallways are very dark and boring. maybe some seating out there would help. the stairway needs finishing too. It felt incomplete.

The location is ultra convenient with affordable pricing. The capsule was comfortable. A fan helped keep the heat from building too much. I enjoyed a quiet dorm. the bathrooms were clean with plenty of space.
The showers were sometimes too small to comfortably change in, after showering. I had to get dressed inside the shower stall (humidity was unpleasant).

The capsule was spacious (I did not feel cramped at all). I appreciated the adjustable dimmer switch for the light. USB charging was available inside the unit, along with a regular outlet.

Staff were kind. They were always willing to help and answer questions. I found the staff very approachable and always available to assist with directions or other questions.
